New chief growth officer joins Wipfli

Rebekah Gardner Wipfli announced today it has named Rebekah Gardner as the firm’s chief growth officer, effective March 31.

Rebekah joins Wipfli from Ryan LLC, where she was global chief sales officer. She excels in developing sales plans, building strong teams and leading global operations. Rebekah has a talent for improving collaboration and sales efficiency, and she led the integration of more than a dozen acquired entities into her most recent sales organization. She’s also known for managing key client relationships and launching innovative services.

Rebekah’s leadership skills are set to make a big impact at Wipfli. She’s great at strategic sales planning and account management, crucial for driving growth. She has experience in healthcare, tech, retail, manufacturing, private equity and strategic partnerships, offering many fresh ideas. She excels at reorganizing teams and promoting collaboration.

Rebekah is gearing up to focus on key initiatives to boost Wipfli's growth. She plans to sharpen the firm’s go-to-market strategies, develop new service offerings and make a bigger splash in important markets. Plus, with her background in transformational team building, she’s excited to cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation within the firm.

Rebekah holds a BBA in business accounting from the University of Iowa and is a certified public accountant. She is actively involved in various professional and community organizations, including the Texas Women’s Foundation and the Business Council for the Arts.
