Wipfli wins Vault awards for best internships for diversity

Wipfli was ranked among the best companies for diverse and inclusive internships by Vault, a career site that surveys interns on their experiences and then ranks companies.

Out of thousands of companies, Wipfli was ranked among the top companies in four categories:

• Overall diversity
• LGBTQ+ diversity
• Diversity with respect to women
• Racial and ethnic diversity

The rankings represent the employers whose internships were rated highest on a scale of 1-10 in prestige by thousands of interns in a Vault survey.

“Embracing diversity and ensuring associates can bring their authentic selves to work is at the core of Wipfli’s culture,” said Maureen Pistone, chief human resource officer for Wipfli. “We’re proud that our interns feel embraced at Wipfli.”

Each year, Wipfli hires about 300 interns to fill roles in accounting, audit, tax and technology consulting, plus other firm divisions.
