Karen Lloyd, CPA
Karen Lloyd has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry, providing a wide range of capital planning and financial forecasting services to hospitals and health systems nationwide. She has extensive experience in evaluating and examining her clients’ operational and strategic plans to enable them to make informed strategic decisions about their facility’s future and to enable creditors and investors to make informed financing decisions. Karen has assisted more than 50 client organizations in planning for and successfully obtaining financing for capital projects ranging from $10 million to $350 million.
Nicholas E. Smith
Nicholas Smith has over a decade of proven leadership experience with Wipfli's national health care consulting practice. In this role, he has the opportunity to serve a broad array of health care organizations including health systems, integrated delivery systems, county and district hospitals, critical access hospitals, physician specialty groups, behavioral health centers, and health care networks. Nicholas leads consulting engagements with energy, enthusiasm, and an analytical problem-solving approach to effectively respond to the facility, operational, and strategic challenges facing his clients.
