Daniel Winokur is a partner and leads Wipfli’s federally qualified health center (FQHC) practice. A member of the community health group, he has 15+ years of experience in bringing transformative resources to challenging social problems. Winokur has served extensively as an FQHC CFO, with a passion for leading organizations through strategic transformations, such as mergers, expansions, critical compliance issues, contract negotiations and restructurings. He is also a strong advocate for clients with federal and state regulators, helping clients navigate complex compliance demands while prioritizing client services and sustainability. Overall, Winokur believes that maximizing nonprofit revenues is the best way to adapt to a changeable landscape so that today’s challenges can be addressed with urgency and innovation.
