Richard Tworek is a director in Wipfli LLP’s tax practice. A licensed attorney with more than 30 years of experience in taxation, he provides tax services for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. Richard also has expertise in merger and acquisition services, employee benefit plans, and estate planning. In addition, he has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. Tax Court. Richard has authored numerous articles, including the American Medical Association’s newsletter, American Medical News.  He also has presented internal training for staff and seminars for clients.
