He is a digital transformation leader who recognizes the power of technology to advance each nonprofit’s mission. Through high-quality standard processes and deliverables, Theron increases the overall operational efficiency of staff members, improves interactions with donors and volunteers, mitigates risk and improves the beneficiary experience.

With over 25 years of experience serving in and with the nonprofit community, Theron knows the tools of the trade and how they are applied in the nonprofit, government and education setting.
