Paul Buschman devotes his professional time to providing financial and compliance audit services to nonprofit organizations funded by federal, state, and local sources and has over 12 years of experience in the industry. Clients receive high-quality support and information upon which to base their fiscal and programmatic decisions.
Because of his easygoing personality and professional laid-back style, Paul is known for building positive ongoing relationships with his clients. His strong background as an auditor and a problem-solver helps him positively affect the future success of the organizations he works with.
Paul consults with clients on how to handle multiple grants and contracts utilizing the most appropriate accounting and financial reporting methods to effectively achieve the goals of each project and to serve the needs of the organization as a whole. He also assists in facilitating future funding by advising how to establish internal control systems that demonstrate strong accountability and operational efficiency to funding sources.
Paul enjoys explaining new ideas and requirements to clients and teaching them how to do things better—saving them time and money. He serves clients in several states, ranging from small single-purpose agencies to very large community action program agencies funded by multiple governmental and private sources.
