Finding and retaining employees is the biggest challenge facing nonprofits this year.
In a new report —Nonprofit Priorities Benchmark 2020 Report — nonprofit leaders rated their top concerns, which included:
- Workforce recruitment
- Engage employees
- Improving culture
- Staffing and new hires
- Employee wages
Wipfli, a top 20 consulting and accounting firm, survey hundreds of nonprofit leaders for the third year in a row.
In previous years, the common theme was fundraising and donations, but this year, the talent and skills gap being felt by baby boomer retirement crisis is clearly being felt among nonprofits.
Review the data — and learn how nonprofits can close the talent gap — in Wipfli’s report.
