The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) was signed into law on March 11, 2021. This legislation has allocated billions for tribes to help combat the negative impact of COVID-19. On May 10, the U.S. Treasury issued interim final guidance on how the Fiscal Recovery Funds (a component of the ARPA) can be calculated and spent.
