Our fast-paced workshop provides you with insights and tools to help you decode employee drives, understand their motivating needs, and consider how these play out in the workplace. The workshop provides an introductory crash-course in all things Predictive Index, with the essentials to get your team started.

This comprehensive two-day training includes a diverse set of learning and development activities including a case study, sample job assessment, personal reflection exercises, group discussions, and the creation of detailed action plans.

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

• Develop and apply practical organizational management strategies that maintain team members at their peak performance and engagement.
• Identify how your organization can utilize the insights provided by PI to address key business issues and opportunities.

Professional Development Credits: This 2-day workshop qualifies for 13.75 credits (can be applied to both SHRM and HRCI).
