Why Attend
Do your strategic goals require significant organizational change, focus on creating maximum impact and look toward the bigger picture of achieving community-level outcomes? If so, you undoubtedly see how these strategies push your funding, human capital and technology resources to the limit. In fact, most organizations have critical strategies that stretch far past current capacity, and organizations have limited understanding of what capacity-building tactics will be necessary to achieve those strategies. Because so many nonprofit organizations have to rely on restricted funding streams, it can often feel like achieving your vision is out of reach.
So what is an organization to do?
It takes a lot of work, coordination and know-how — including building a culture of collaboration, resource development and collective problem solving.
We want to help you!
Description
This three-part series will focus on how to align finance, talent and technology strategies and resources for long-term organizational success. In this technology section, we will discuss how technology is vital to managing the engagement of key stakeholders and funders.
Our training is built for professionals on your leadership and governance teams as well as those delivering services to the community.
Learning Objectives:
- Discover how to set strategy that does not shy away critical areas due to lack of resources and no strategy to secure necessary assets.
- Assess what your organization should stop doing that takes focus away from your critical strategies.
- Identify how good technology systems are critical to sustainable engagement of current and future funding partners.

- Ryan Peasley, Senior Manager
