Performance Reviews – What’s to Like About Them?
4/11/2019 11:30 AM - 01:00 PM (CT)
Event Location:
Wipfli LLP
2501 W Beltline Hwy, Ste 401
Madison, Wisconsin 53713
Why Attend
If you have to complete performance reviews, this session is for you!
When discussing performance reviews, we rarely hear that the reviewer is excited and enthusiastically looking forward to the process. It sounds more akin to heading into the dentist for a root canal…without Novocain. If this sounds, feels, or is familiar – please join us.
In this quick 1-hour discussion we will share suggestions on how to:
- Transform performance review events from once a year to ongoing
- Give effective ongoing feedback – both positive and constructive
- Conduct feedback conversations with those exceeding, meeting, and not meeting expectations
- Adapt current and future performance management trends
- Help employees perform to the best of their abilities
