Why Attend

Tax reform, especially the raising of standard deductions, eliminated tax incentives for many donors. Much concern and speculation has occurred throughout this year about how donations will be impacted. But what actually happened? What did nonprofits experience? What are thoughts about its impact on the future? Come to this Lunch and Learn to begin answering these questions.

1. Review the changes in the tax bill that apply to tax-exempt organizations and donations.
2. Examine data about how tax reform impacted donors’ behavior.
