Description
The Board, senior leadership and staff all play an important part in every organization’s effective fraud risk management. But how should leadership lead staff and still support the Board? What is the appropriate role and for leadership, and what are the ways for leadership to meet their responsibility to each? This session will provide leadership with the tips on how to “thread the needle” and work with both the Board and staff to effectively manage and mitigate the organization’s risk of fraud.

- Discuss how senior leadership can manage the organization’s fraud risk.
- Explore what leadership’s relationship is with the Board’s efforts to manage fraud risk?
- Identify how leadership can lead staff to effectively manage the organization’s fraud risk?
