Description
In this overview session, we will review the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) general procurement regulations and methods of procurement and cover the exemption of certain procurement requirements recently allowed by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) memorandum in response to COVID-19.
Learning Objectives:
- Examine an overview of federal procurement regulations.
- Explore general procurement regulations.
- Review the methods of procurement in federal grant regulations.

A link to the form and directions to submit it are included in a webinar access email you will receive 24 hours prior to the start of webinar. Payment is processed at the time of registration. The webinar must be paid in full to receive CPE credits. You will receive a certificate via email within 14 business days of the webinar presentation.
