Your organization's fiscal department performs a range of activities, but is each individual performing the right ones? Using our experience with performing business process reviews, we'll share some of the common themes we see that can be considered and implemented in your organization's fiscal department.
We will discuss general roles and responsibilities at various levels of staff in an accounting department, from the CFO to accounting clerks. This discussion will emphasize what may work best for your organization and will provide you with some tools to take back to improve your accounting department.

- Provide examples of what each position may entail.
- Provide opportunities for participants to assess their accounting positions and determine whether action should be taken.
