The registration fee includes:
- Up to 10.5 continuing professional education (CPE) credits in accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. CPE credits are granted based on a 50-minute hour.
- Reference materials (any PowerPoint presentations and/or additional references) available for download.
Transfers and cancellations
- Participants who are unable to attend may be eligible to transfer or cancel their registration. All transfer or cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than two business days before the start of the event for which you are currently registered.
- A $25 service fee will be applied to all transfer and cancellation requests. Additional fees may apply.
- Participants who registered but did not attend the event or complete a request to transfer or cancel within the allotted time, are liable for the full registration fee.
- If Wipfli reschedules or cancels the event, you will be notified via email, at which time you will be given the option to transfer to another training or receive a refund.

Agenda
Day 1:
- Overview of Uniform Guidance: Introduction to 2 CFR Part 200, including its purpose and applicability.
- Administrative requirements: Discussion on preaward and postaward requirements, including notices of funding opportunities, risk assessment and specific grant conditions.
- Subrecipient monitoring: Review financial management and reporting, managing and monitoring subrecipients to ensure compliance, and internal controls.
Day 2:
- Procurement standards: We will cover the rules and regulations for procurement under federal awards.
- Performance measurement: Strategies for measuring and reporting performance outcomes.
- Records: Review regulations around record retention and access.
Day 3:
- Cost principles: Guidelines on allowable costs, cost allocation and indirect costs.
- Audit requirements: Information on audit processes, including single audits and audit findings.

- Discuss financial management systems, monitoring practices, and internal controls.
- Enhance knowledge of the subrecipient monitoring and audit process to help ensure compliance with federal award requirements.
Be prepared
You’ll receive an email once you’ve been added to our event-hosting platform, as well as reminders one day and one hour prior to the training. Materials will be available one hour before the training until one day after the training.
Certificate of participation and CPE credit
- Each registered person attending the live webinar is eligible to receive a certificate of participation/continuing professional education (CPE) credit.
- To receive a certificate of participation/CPE credit, participants must answer the interactive polling questions presented throughout the webinar; participants will have approximately 30 seconds to respond to the questions.
- This session is eligible for 10.5 credits. There are 3 polling questions per 1 CPE credit and 2 polling questions for .5 CPE credit. To receive full credit, participants must answer all 33 polling questions.
- Upon receipt, the information will be verified and if accepted, you will receive a certificate of participation via email within 14 business days of the webinar presentation.

- Certificate of participation/CPE credit is only awarded to the registered name associated with the link used to log in.
