As the COVID-19 pandemic begins to slow down, many providers are just getting started on sorting out the financial aftermath. On June 11, 2021, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced a long-awaited update on the Provider Relief Fund (PRF) portal stating it will open for reporting on July 1, 2021. Yet many providers are still unclear about the reporting process and will need to move fast to meet the September 30, 2021 deadline to complete the filing process.
