Get Ready for PDPM Implementation

On October 1, 2019, the first major change in reimbursement in 20 years will be implemented. Wipfli’s team of PDPM specialists are presenting full day workshops throughout the Midwest to prepare your facility for these changes. These training sessions are perfect for administrators, directors of nursing, MDS nurses, therapy specialists, billing professionals and ICD-10 coders.

At the conclusion of these sessions, you will be able to:

• State the five components of the PDPM system
• Discuss how factors are calculated in each component
• Discuss how ICD-10 coding impacts reimbursement
• Site ICD-10 and MDS coding errors that can impact reimbursement
• Identify areas to audit for improvement
• Implement processes for a smooth transition to PDPM

Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Lunch is provided.)
