Bill Finerfrock, Executive Director – NARHC
As cofounder and executive director of National Association of Rural Health Clinics (NARHC), Bill is a nationally recognized expert on the RHC program as well as a frequent advisor on rural health issues. In addition to his work with RHCs, he is a consultant for several health professional groups and one of the country’s largest health maintenance organizations.
Brock Slabach, Senior Vice President Members Services – NRHA
Brock joined NRHA in 2008. He has administrative responsibility for all areas of member services, including membership, communications, and meetings/exhibitions. Brock was a rural hospital administrator for more than 21 years. He has been on the board of the National Rural Health Association and the regional policy board of the American Hospital Association, as well as many regional and state boards involving rural health.
David H. Snow Esq., Shareholder – Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, PSC
David is a shareholder with Hall Render, the nation’s largest law firm focused exclusively on matters specific to health care organizations. He has practiced health law for over 30 years, including in the firm’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin, office since 2005. Mr. Snow led the firm's initiative to open the firm’s Denver office, which opened in January 2015. He now splits his time between the two offices while serving health care clients across the country in the areas of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, affiliations and joint ventures, physician transactions, compliance, and tax matters.
