Jim Collins, Senior Director, Salesforce.com Jim Collins is currently the Senior Director for the Financial Services Industry Advisor's Team and the Global Lead for Community Banks and Credit Unions for Salesforce. Collins has over 30 years of business experience, including 27 years in the banking industry. Prior to joining Salesforce, Collins was the Sr. Executive Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer for an $18 billion regional bank where he helped lead the organization from $250 million in assets 12 years ago to $18 billion in assets when he left this year. Collins is a strategic leader who fosters a positive and collaborative working environment while building high performing teams that drive execution and results. Collins’ twenty-seven years in the banking industry include leadership roles in Retail Banking, Small Business Banking, Sales Management, Operations, Technology, and most recently driving Digital Transformation and building out Digital-only Channels. Collins also spent a year on the Fortimize Banking Advisory Board. Collins holds an MBA in Finance from Lehigh University and has completed Executive Education course work at Harvard Business School. |
