He has more than 25 years of professional information technology experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, and insurance. Mike’s primary roles include lead architect for Microsoft Dynamics® customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and leader of CRM development teams. He also has set the standard for how we develop our CRM solutions.
