Katherine Eilers is a senior manager who specializes in working with nonprofit clients and state agencies. As a consultant, she focuses on financial department process improvement, financial monitoring procedures, and provides training on federal grant regulations (Uniform Guidance), procurement, cost allocation, indirect cost rates, and financial best practices.
