With a long history of assisting publicly-traded companies, Wipfli currently serves more than 65 companies with services such as audits of SEC registrants, accounting research, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, benefit plan audits, risk advisory consulting, tax compliance, and specialty tax services.
From tax and accounting help to a wide range of consulting services, we’re ready to serve you with the best in people, tools, and technology—all at an attractive, competitive price.

Experienced people, ready day one.
The high-quality services we offer start with the deep experience and forward thinking of our partners. Many of our leaders have served public company clients for more than 20 years, often with a Big Four firm or other international accounting firm. We’ve combined the expertise often found at a larger firm with the high-quality service you need when it counts the most. And you don’t have to pay large-firm fees to get them both.
Quality counts. Beyond our hands-on experience, Wipfli professionals receive in-depth training and/or have active memberships for sound leadership and quality service from:
  • The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB)
  • American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Center for Audit Quality
  • PPC Auditwatch
  • The SEC Institute

A powerful blend of services.
Beyond traditional SEC service offerings such as tax and accounting, Wipfli also brings significant business and industry-specific consulting expertise to ensure your overall success. From strategic alignment, process improvement, and organizational development to technology integration and software development, along with human resources and risk management, we can help you identify and generate powerful, sustainable solutions to strengthen your organization and stay competitive.
You have to look hard among firms our size to find traditional service offerings and the comprehensive consulting services you’ll find at Wipfli.
