Terry Saber is nationally known for her facilitation skills as well as her all-inclusive, highly customized, and organization-specific approach to strategic planning and performance management. With particular expertise and experience in financial institutions, Terry combines an extensive financial institution background with decades of insight in numerous financial institutions to provide Wipfli clients with accurate, current, and creative approaches with regulatory enforcement actions, management assessments, strategic planning, and other relevant industry issues.
Terry is an accomplished speaker and is frequently called upon to be the featured speaker at numerous state financial institution conventions throughout the United States and has been the featured speaker at the ABA-sponsored Conference of State Banking Association Executives. She has also spoken at the Community Bankers Assembly and was on the faculty of the American Bankers Executive Development Seminars.
Terry currently coordinates leadership and management curriculum for the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and serves on the Curriculum Advisory Committee. She is the curriculum Section Leader for the Human Resource School.
