Brian Blaha is the growth partner on the firm’s leadership team, responsible for the oversight of growth strategy and its execution across the firm. As growth partner, his goals are to focus and prioritize firm growth, instill enterprise collaboration, expand digital transformation, drive dynamic marketing innovation and align market needs with services and solutions. Before becoming growth partner, Brian was the Chicago market leader and served clients in the financial institution industry.

Brian’s vast experience and value-driven consultations, has led him to a career path guided by a true passion of understanding and supporting for success of those around him.
