Julia Johnson

Julia has more than 20 years of diversified human resources and organizational development experience and has worked closely with community bank presidents and boards of directors on initiatives including but not limited to the development of compensation and performance management systems, organizational structure, role alignment, succession planning, and training and development.  She has also provided human resource consulting services to clients in other industries (e.g., nonprofit, governmental, health care, manufacturing, construction), which enables her to capture best practices and translate them to financial institutions.  She is a member of the Graduate School of Banking faculty and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  Julia also serves on the board of directors for the Green Bay Botanical Garden and the human resources committee for Harbor House Domestic Abuse Program.
