    Session Descriptions:
This session will provide an overview of what bank CEOs need to know about cybersecurity. The session will also include an update on the threat landscape, the role of senior management of the board, recent developments in regulatory guidance, and observations from the utilization of the FFIEC cybersecurity assessment tool.
    Legal Overview
A summary of the many new guidelines being put forth by state and federal regulators, including comprehensive requirements in New York that promise to be a model for other states, the new FFIEC guidelines, and new OCC standards for banks with over $50 billion in assets. Many of these guidelines may not immediately apply to community banks, but they foreshadow what is coming.
    Regulatory Panel
Hear from representatives of the FDIC and the Federal Reserve about how they expect banks to prepare for, combat and respond to cyber fraud. The representatives will discuss current standards and anticipate trends going forward.
    Insurance Panel
A discussion of what questions bankers should ask their insurance provider, what coverages they should consider, and what steps they need to take to ensure coverage is there when they need it. Despite best efforts, many community banks are experiencing losses arising from cyber fraud. This panel will identify steps you can take to properly insure your institution from these evolving threats.
    Data Breach Panel
If (or when) the inevitable breach occurs, this panel will discuss the steps you can and should take to respond quickly and effectively to minimize the impact. The realization that you have been targeted can lead to an overwhelming array of questions. Learn what steps you can take now to be better equipped in the event of a cyber incident.
